The boys of Pink Floyd haven’t played a reunion gig together since Live 8 in 2005. In a recent interview in with Rolling Stone Magazine, Waters explains how much he loved doing the reunion concert, and how he would love to do more like it, saying, “I’m so glad that we managed to do that 18 minutes together, that the four of us got to draw a line under it.” He has also said that he and guitarist/singer David Gilmour are finally getting along after years of hate between them. In fact, the two recently teamed up for a charity gig in England, playing classic tunes such as “Comfortably Numb”, “Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2”, and “Wish You Were Here.”

So does this mean reunion tour? Well, reports that while a full on tour will likely never happen, there is a very good chance that the three remaining members (both Syd Barrett and Richard Wright have died) will do a one-off benefit show. Something like another Live 8 or a charity show.

Drummer Nick Mason is also willing to play with his old friends. Saying, “We played Live 8 which is hopefully something we could do again.” As of now, a reunion show is looking pretty good. Until an official show is announced, however, you can satisfy your Floyd needs by watching their famous performance at Live 8.
