I would HAVE to include “Close to the Edge” – Yes

YES. CLOSE TO THE EDGE IS THE ULTIMATE EARGASM.

Based on what you already have on the list, you’d like Brain Salad Surgery by Emerson Lake and Palmer, and probably A Wizard, A True Star by Todd Rundgren.
Maybe one of those can bump Snoop Dogg off the list. Yuck

  3. Austin permalink

    Missing album: Pearl Jam: Ten

  4. Pterry0404 permalink

This list really impressed me, especially The Yes Album. This page really shows your taste in music and got me to subscribe to your blog.

Damn these guys know great music i love this!!!!!

  7. Jeff Mason permalink

I would think “Electric Ladyland” would deserve to be on the list with Are You Experienced?, but that’s just me :)! Also, while everyone loves “The Joshua Tree”, I would argue that “Achtung Baby” was as good, if not a better album, for U2. Also, not to be too negative, but “Supernatural” has no business being on the list ahead of Santana classics like “Abraxas”.

    This is amazing

  9. Commenting on another post I realised Brian Wilsons “Smile” should be in here, very nice recordings and brilliant musicianship, especially his all singing all dancing band made up of members of the Wondermints and various other multi-instrumentalists.
